By using Cardly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Cardly is a personal, non-commercial project run by Davide Michelon.
The service
Cardly is a flashcard app with spaced-repetition review and optional AI-assisted deck generation. The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 14 years old to use Cardly. You are responsible for the content of the decks and cards you create.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Usage limits (such as the weekly deck-creation limit) may apply to keep the service fair and sustainable.
AI-generated content
Cards generated by AI may contain mistakes or inaccuracies. Review them before relying on them for study. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content. Don't submit personal or sensitive information in AI generation topics.
Your content
You keep all rights to the decks and cards you create. We only process them to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or violation of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the data controller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, nor for any loss of data. The service is offered without charge and on a best-effort basis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
